If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be returned in good condition.
• All original components, accessories, and packaging should be included whenever possible.
• Products that have been modified, abused, misused, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

• Custom-built or custom-configured products.
• Clearance or closeout items marked as final sale.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

All Show Off Lighting products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in:

• Materials
• Workmanship
• Manufacturing

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Show Off Lighting will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product,
• Replace the product with the same or comparable model, or
• Issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
• Improper installation
• Accidental damage
• Abuse, misuse, or neglect
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or environmental conditions

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem, if applicable

Customers may be required to return the defective product for inspection before a replacement or repair is authorized.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.
• If a product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, Show Off Lighting will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
